If you practice a sport such as sprinting, which demands high quantities of immediate energy, or do weight training, taking our creatine monohydrate supplement could give you: an increase in the availability of muscular energy and strength,
Deluxe Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate 200 Mesh
Our creatine monohydrate powder is 100% pure and is ground to 200 mesh (as opposed to a standard of around 80 mesh) which results in a finer, faster dissolving powder for quick absorption into the body.
A great pre-workout energy boost, or post-workout recovery supplement, creatine monohydrate is used by a wide range of top athletes and bodybuilders.
SERVINGS
There are two ways to add creatine monohydrate into your diet, with or without a loading phase (i.e. taking a greater amount of creatine for the first few days of the cycle period over which you supplement your diet).
Deluxe Nutrition recommends using our creatine monohydrate powder with a loading phase. Phase 1 (the loading phase) means taking 20g per day for 5 days, in Phase 2 you will then reduce this to 5g per day for a period of around 2-3 months and Phase 3 is your rest period of around 1-2 weeks.
Loading Phase (Optional): Take one 5g scoop with your favourite beverage (Fruit Juice, Water or Protein Drink) 4 times per day for 5 consecutive days.
Maintenance: Take one 5g scoop daily with fruit juice or a high carbohydrate drink. Take 45 minutes before training or working out.
Rest days: Take one serving a day.
INGREDIENTS
100% Creatine Monohydrate Nothing added or taken out.
Finer 200-mesh creatine for short, intense work
For lifters and sprinters who want a simple creatine they can mix anywhere: 100% creatine monohydrate, HPLC tested, nothing added—ground finer than a typical ~80 mesh so it is built for bursts, not a flavoured blend.
200 mesh, not coarse grit
Ground to 200 mesh versus a typical ~80 mesh so the powder is ultra-fine and easier to dissolve in the glass you already drink from.
HPLC tested purity
HPLC tested creatine monohydrate so what you scoop is creatine—not a flavoured stack with extras riding along.
Nothing added or taken out
100% creatine monohydrate, unflavoured and suitable for vegans. One ingredient, ready for water, juice, or protein.
A large additive-free pouch, not another tub
500g of unadulterated powder in a lightweight resealable pack—100 servings at 5g versus a bulky tub that often carries flavours and extras.
