Email us within 14 days of receipt to get your authorisation.
Pack Securely
Items must be unopened and in resaleable condition.
Get Refunded
Processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Returns Process
Returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned in a resaleable condition, free from defects or damage.
To initiate a return, please email customer service at customerservices@deluxenutrition.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA, mail your return securely to:

*Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the items received were incorrect.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5 working days from receipt for processing.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email once your return has been initiated.
Bundles & Multi-Buys
If you return part of a bundle or multi-buy, the promotional discount no longer applies. Items kept will be recalculated at their standard individual price.
Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, we prioritize sending a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement isn't possible, we will issue a proportional refund keeping your bundle discount intact.
