For multi-packs (e.g., 2-packs or 3-packs), your first opened tub is 100% covered. Any remaining unopened, sealed tubs must be returned to our warehouse for a full refund of the remaining balance.

Are shipping fees refunded? +

Our guarantee covers 100% of the product purchase price. Original standard or expedited shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
