100% Ultra Fine Scottish Oats (GLUTEN)
This does depend on your dietary needs. Per serving, we would recommend using anywhere between 50g-100g of Ultra Fine Scottish Oats One level scoop (provided only with 2.5kg and 5kg) will give 50g of Ultra Fine Scottish Oats to 200-300ml of water or milk (if you want a thick shake just use less liquid), however those trying to gain weight may want to use more than this.
