These are regular oats that have been ground to a very fine powder 100% natural with no added salt, sugar with nothing Added or Taken out!
Sustained Energy: Being extremely high in quality complex carbohydrates and soluble fibre. As a slowly absorbed form of carbohydrate, Ultra Fine Oats provide a less profound effect on blood sugar levels when compared to Dextrose or Maltodextrin.

100% Ultra Fine Oats (GLUTEN)
This does depend on your dietary needs. Per serving, we would recommend using anywhere between 50g-100g of Ultra Fine Oats. One level scoop (provided only with 2.5kg and 5kg) will give 50g of Ultra Fine Oats to 200-300ml of water or milk (if you want a thick shake just use less liquid), however those trying to gain weight may want to use more than this.
